People don't realize that we have the power to make our day as good as we would like it to be.
The secret in doing this is the way we start our day.
The first thing you want to do before you do anything else is spend time with God. Go somewhere where it's just you and God, turn on some worship music, and begin to praise and thank God for all He is to you and has done in your life.
Say aloud, "This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it"(Psalm 118:24). The Bible says that "life and death are in the power of the tongue" (Proverbs 18:21). So let's bring about life today!
Speak the truth about who you are today. Speak it out loud, "Blessed shall I be in the city, and blessed shall I be in the field, blessed shall I be when I come in, and blessed shall I be when I go out, and the Lord will make me the head and not the tail; I shall be above only and not beneath" (Deuteronomy 28:3,6,13). The Bible also says, "God's word shall not return to Him void, But it shall accomplish what He please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which He sent it" (Isaiah 55:11). That's why it's so important to speak God's word aloud when you're in His presence.
As you pray to God, be sincere and speak to Him from your heart. Let Him know your fears and the things that you are concerned about. Tell Him specifically what it is you are believing Him to do for You today. James 4:2 says,"Ye have not, because Ye ask not."
Pray blessings over your family and ask God to protect, guide, and keep them from any trouble that comes their way.
Pray for anyone God puts on your heart while you're in prayer.
And last but not least, forgive anyone that may have wronged you. Pray for them also, then release them to God.
During your day, stay away from negative conversations. If someone is in a bad mood or looks a little down, lift them up with a kind word or a compliment. Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, But a good word makes it glad (Proverbs 12:25).
Expect good things to happen in your life today. Expect God to bless you today. Why? Because He loves you, Beloved.
Have a blessed and favored day!

Sincere Prayer: Back To School Prayer
Lord, thank You for watching over our kids this summer as they played and joined in on different summer activities with their friends.
Thank You for providing school clothes and supplies to begin their year off right.
We pray that as they discover their talents and abilities, that You will provide the money they will need to participate in these school activities.
Give us the wisdom, patience, and non-judgemental attitude we will need to deal with the different issues they will face this year. Help us to be listeners so that they will feel comfortable talking with us about anything.
We pray that we will find the time each day to ask them how their day was and to enquire about their work assignments so that we can offer our assistance.
Father, supply us with the finances we will need to keep the bills paid and food on the table so that their only concern will be their school academics and activities.
Let Your favor be on them all of this year. We pray that You will surround them with godly friends and teachers. Give them teachers who will be concerned about their grades and their future.
We pray that they realize how important their education is and not to be slack in reaching their highest potential.
Lord, help our kids to be leaders and not followers. Let Your Holy Spirit guide them in making right decisions in compromising situations.
We release our kids and Your kids to You this year, Lord knowing that in Your hands they will be blessed and favored as You guide them to success.
Use them this year, and let Your spirit be seen in them by everyone they come across.
We thank You in advance for this answered prayer.
In Jesus Mighty name. Amen

Loosed From Fear!
Fear robs us of living a victorious life. It can even torment and rule our lives. Beloved, there is nothing to fear when God is on your side. His love for us surpasses anything we may face.
The Bible says, "The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me" (Psalm 118:6)? If this is so, and we truly believe God's Word, Why do we worry? If HE is on on our side, there is no better defense. Scripture tells us, "The Lord our God, who goes before you, He will fight for you" (Deuteronomy 1:30). So what does this mean? It simply means that God already knows what you are going to face before you do, and that He has prepared an army in heavenly places to fight your battles for you. If your precious Lord who loves you is for you who can be against you? No weapon formed against you shall be able to prosper today (Isaiah 54:17).
Beloved, my prayer for you today is that you will cast your fears and your problems upon our dear, heavenly Father and allow Him to protect you and supply all your needs. Spend some time with Him today to get to know Him and to know His promises to us.

Sincere Prayer: No More Fear
Father, Where are You? I feel like everything is falling apart. I've been praying and praying and trusting and believing, But my situation just seems to be getting worse. I am so afraid of what might happen. But I have to be careful not to lose my faith. So, from now on whenever I am afraid I will put my trust in You. In You I will praise Your word, In You I have put my trust; I will not fear. What can man do to me (Psalm 56:34). I have to admit, Lord that sometimes my flesh wants to give up, but then the Holy Spirit reminds me that You are my refuge and, A very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). I have to remember that You are faithful, and You will establish me and guard me from the evil one (2 Thessalonians 3:3). I thank You, Lord that You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. I love the way You protect me, Father, and how You are always right on time to pull me out of my troubles. I love You, Lord.
